trict, by virtue of a writ of capiat ad tat-
itfaciendum, at the suit of the State of
South Carolina, having filed in my office,
together with a schedule on oath of his

of Common Pleas, praying that he may
be admitted to the benefit of the Acts of
the General Assembly made for the re
lief of insolvent debtors. It is ordered
