tion of J. A. &. C. A. Dargan Plaintiff’s
Attorneys; It is ordered that the said
Defendant do Plead, or demur to the said
Declaration within a year and a day from
the publication of this order; and in default
thereof, final and absolute judgment will

The Officers and Sergants of the 4th

Cruikshank will direct, on Monday the
31st. March, and encamp full five days,’
commencing on Monday at 12 o’clock M.
The 4th regiment of Cavalry will encamp
with either brigade of Infantry and parade

Brigadier General may deem proper.
The Independent Battalion of Infantry,

specifimg the number and kind of public
and private arms in use, will be made by
the Brigadier Generals to the adjudant
and Inspector General before the first of
October next.
The Aids-de-Camps of the Comman
der in-chief, residing in Brigades where
encampments and reviews are orderded,
are especially directed to attend him, and
other aids, with #hom it may he conve
nient, are requested to join him at such
places as suits them.
