testimony in regard to tlie notes hereinafter
described, all parties having a like or opposite
interest, and desiring to come forward and
cross-examine the evidence which in ay be produced,
arc warned to appear before the Commissioner
in Equity, at his office on Monday
the 9th day of July next, when such evidence
if not rebutted, shall be recorded. The notes
