HERE AS, two Bills of Indictment for Murder 1 have been found by the Grand Jury of Charleston District, at the March sitting of the Court of General Sessions, against ono* CHARLES FERGUSON? the one for the murder of a slave named John, and the other for the murder of one Joseph McGorty. And whereas, the said Charles Ferguson has fled from justice, or so secretes himself as to avoid the process of the law. Now be it known, that, in order to bring the said Charles Ferguson to justice, I. John if.
