THE South-Carolina Rail Road Company have declared
a Dividend for the last six months of TH REE
DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS per Share, and the
South Western Rail ltoad Bank a Dividend lor the
same period of SEVENTY-FIVE CENTS per Share.
The united Dividend of Four Dollars and 25-100 per
Share, will be paid on and after Thursday, 1st July
next, at the South Western Rail Road Bank.
The Dividend on Siock in tiio Road, without corresponding
Shares in the Bank, will be paid at the Company's
office in John-street, Charleston, and at the Bank
of Camden, at Camden.
No Dividends or Arrears of Dividends will be paid

his way to Cheraw or Camden, S. C. Bob may also
