In addition to finstruction in :h; branches enumerated
above, Courses ot Lectures will be delivered
to the pupils on Menial and Moral Philosophy
and the Evidences of Christianity, by the
Rev. L. McDonald; and on Chemistry, (with the
aid of suitable apparatus,) by Drs. YVilliam and
A. P. Wylie and W. W. Mobley.
This school will be a very desirable one, and
recommends itself to parents and guardians as
wel) by tlie very moderate rates of tuition as by
the healthiness of its location and the competence
of its instructors.
Much more time and attention will be given to
the healthful exercise of the pupils than is usual
in similar institutions.
The best Books of reference will be kept at
hand for the use of the School. In sickness the
pupils will be attended tree of charge.
It is desirable that pupils should begin with the
session, but they will only be charged from tne
time of entrance. No deduction will be made for
occasional absence. In cases of protracted illness
the proper discount will be allowed.
All accounts must be paid at the end of each
session.
Any person sending seven boarders to this
Seminary, will be entitled to send one free of
charge.
