< SUPREME COUNCIL WILL RATIFY TREATY ON DEC. 1 At a meeting of the Supreme Council held at Paris, Saturday, December 1, was definitely -igreed upon'as the date for the formal ratification of the #erman Peace Treaty There is, however, aside from the question of of American ritificalion, another circumstance which may yet cause a chanee in the plans of the Supreme Council in this matter. It lies in the I fact that that Allies have notified Germany that, before peace is consummated, she must sign a protocol guaranteeing fulfillment of armistice conditions.
