But we believe we have at last seen evidence of a conspiracy of another sort. When the Court House doors opened Tuesday morning for registration for military service it was quickly filled with colored folks. For quite a while it was hard for a white man to get to the registrars. One negro barely 21 was heard to complain that a white fellow got the first ticket.
