Mr. Sehorn Tucker an aged gentleman, died here last Thursday night at the home of his son, Mr. Dugle Tucker. All day Thursday he had g'cmcd to enjoy his usual health, but soon after retiring he was heard to make an unusual noise and on investigation was found to be in a dying condition. His remains were carried back to his old hone in An .on county last Friday, where he was laid to rest in the old family burial ground. It was thought that a half crop of cotton would be made in this section, hut it is doubtful now.
