Church.
Mr. King Emanuel Miller, the
only son born to the wedlock of
the late Gabriel and Chrissie Miller,
was born April 17, 1880, ami
departed this life Feb. 12, 1955
at McCleod's Infirmary. In 190?
he married Mattle Toby, to this
union was born' fourteen children
ten of whom'are now livihg.
In his early life .he joined Sa[
lem Methodist Church, where he
| was a class .leader and secretary
1 of the church for many years until
he moved away from the community
in 1937. l^OMUiyer, in 194'J
his health began failing him, but
he remained a lively and lovely
person.
The bereaved family has our
deepest sympathy in the passing
of their loved one.
The time will come, and soon I
hope, when Brotherhood Week
i will be a reminder, not of the
I presence of discrimination in
onr midat, hut,- of its eradication.
