I believe he is recuperating nicely and not only his conference but the state should pray that God will add more years to hig life. For real Tenders as he are few and far between. St. Luke's congregation -of which. I_am pastor will never forget Dr. Spears when we were in the courts to get replacement value for our church property on Wilson street. He attended the suit with Dr. J. L. Benbow and made us a star witness at the trial. My members are praying for him to get well so as to preach for them in their new ehuvch of j which he is anxious to see.
