St. Stephen, S. C.?The regular
meeting of the PTA of St. Stephen
high school was held on Sunday
afternoon, December 15th at
the school. As is customary, the
meeting was preceded by a program
which was rendered by the
glee club. The program in keeping
with the Christmas season,
consisted of q grnnp of Chrintmm
earols. The singing was enjoyed
by all.
The main feature of the program
was an address delivered by
Prof. R. A. Ready, principal of
the Dixie Training high school of
Moncks Corner. Professor Ready's
address dealt chiefly with the
purpose and value of the PTA and
'piany helpful suggestions were
given to both teachers and parents.
The program ended with
four selections by the Lonely
Four quartet.
At the close of the program,
