A SHORT LETTER TO GEN.
CONF. DELEGATES FROM THE
Mr. Editor:
This letter is not in spirit "of
criticism; but in all sincerity. Af-'

there is much needed to be done
at the ensuing General confer"

are needed and it is very obvious
that the delegates elect should at
least make a eesture in that direction
if no more.
