On Sunday afternoon at 3:00 j
o'clock the funeral of Mrs. Lucile
Warren, daughter- of Mrs. Ida Vance
- and -the- -late-Mr-. - James
Vance was held at the church.
Mrs. Warren was stricken about
three weeks ago and grew worse
until the end came on Thursday
morning.
She had been a life long mem-'
ber of the church an a faithful
member of the choir. She was a
talented singer and her silvery 'n
voice would ring out in p?i>is??j to .
the King. She was also a mem.
_her of the Wide Awake- club aud ,
proved faithful until death.
She will be missed but we feel ]
and?believe as she said on her .
death bed that she was going to ]
join" the heavenly choir. .

Services were very beautifully
carried out throughout the day.
The Sunday school attendance is
improving.
The Sunday school met at the
usual hour with officers and teachers
in their respective places.
After the class study of the lesson

The pastor brought two logical
gospel messages Sunday morning
and night. For the morning mes- ?
sage the pastor dwelt largely on

to the delight of all who heard
the sermon.
