glee club and quartet of Allen
university appeared in a recital.
The program was rendered to a
packed audience. Quite a number
of white people was present. The
whole program was excellent.
Prof. F. Abraham has them well
trained and this means a whole
lot for the schcol. Miss Sadie
Green, one of the teachers accompanied
them. We were very
glad to have her. We will be delighted
to nave them come again
soon. Work tarted on the church
Monday. The working men are
making good progress.

of the same.

conducted prayer meeting. Rev.
Young again gave us a wonderful
sermon.
