' While in the county Nurse /Sowell went into the homes of the people who have active cases of tuberculosis and taught the people the care of the -patient and how to prevent the spread of the disease in the home. The homes of the contacts were also visited. ? Tht? High school children were given the tuberculosis test. This proved very valuable information in checking the diseased and in op! ening our eyes to the immediate : need of a permanent county nurse.
