Wilson, Pastor On last Sunday our services ? were very good all day* Our lov- ' ing- pastor "brought us a great message Sunday morning from Rev. 20:12" verse. Subject "Turning Over A New Leaf." The sermon was soul touching from the beginning to the end. Many souls were made to feel happy as he preached the gospel. The Sunday school was conducted at the usual hour, 2:00 o'clbT.k by the Supt., Bro. II. Session. It was largely attended. The A. C. ' E. League was conducted by the efficient president, Mr. E. AVilord at G:()0 o'clock. A special program was rendered. It was enjoyed by all. ? ? The evening services were also very inspiring. The Rev Wm. Middle ton, the pastor of the Williamsburg circuit, brought us another great message from St. John 3:17-verse, subject: "Jesus the Saviour of the world." It was filled with the Holy Ghost. The attendance was good al! day. Many came out Sunday , morning in the rain. It seemed like everybody tried to make*. a good beginning in the church with the beginning of the New Year. During the services three noi-son* jo-inod the church. We were al o honored to have many distinguished .visitors with us. Among them was our pastor's sister. Mrs. Mary Williams of f New York City, who was spending the holidays with her brother and sisters. Let us pray for a glorious and prosperous year in the church.
