A. M. E. CHURCH !
Rev. R. E. Brogdon, Pastor
Last Sunday was another beautiful
day and as usual, men, women
and children were seen wending
their way to a plage of worship.
Emmanuel was ' one of th
topping places of those who came
from the four corners of the city. ,
We were deeply inspired by hearing
a great sermon delivered by
our pastor who took his text from
the fifth chapter of St. Mark 120th verse?-"And
he departed,, and began
to publish in Deeapoiis how
great things Jesus ha*. done for
him: and all men. did marvel.'
Theme 1: "Gratitude Proclaimed.'
This beautiful and uplifting sermon
was heard by a Cargo audience
of Emanuelites and frienLL. * Th.
. spiritual fire burned freely while
the speaker delivered the glat.
