I Disagree In l'aij.
One of our recent subscribers to
"The Palmetto Leader" said there
ought be a thirty days revival in
the state for no one but A. Al. E.
ministers, and they should . approach
the altar for prayer at every
service. Aly first objection to
such a meeting is that we shoulu
not be so sellish as to not allow
ministers of every denomination
\\ ho are no better thajf \4e are to
take part in this meeting. Then
too, a similar meeting should be
held i'ol' the laity. They need sucj~
a meeting equally as had as the
ministry. They need not pat them
selves on the back and believe
their religious sanding excells thai
of the mnistry. As nan as oui
"Leader Supporter" thinks we an
the laymen are not to the place
where they can be examples for us.
Ministers however should be ideai
patterns for the laity of the worlu.
It is living up. to the commission
as given by the Master. And the
minister that is not a worthy example
is not conforming to the requirements.
Its my candid opinion
that there is plenty room foi
the ministry to improve. We are

by Jesus Christ do not fol.

are failures because of us.
We are hypocrites of the deepest
dye, Weather we have a month's
prayer.meeting or a day's consecration,
We had better improve oui
