neyed to Chester, S. C. to engage
the. strong. "Finley?High school, in. J
a basketball game.
Jenkinsville finally' won after
a hard fought uphill battle. The y
final score was 15-12 in favoiv of
Jenkinsvillo. The game was pack
ed with thrills. At the half Finle.\ '
led with a score of 8-2, but during '
the next period the Jenkinsville '
girls staged one of their famous ^
game came off victors.
The game was well officiated ^
and caused not one ditch durint? j
the entire contest. In fact it '
would be hard for any team to go 1
any school and find a more hospi
table group of people than Prof. '
Finlev and his faculty members.
For' Finley high the entire team *
was eood playing fast smoth hasketball.

exceptional forwards can do. The e

Hollis, played a good game. Ci

lis, the other guard found it hard
to stop the fast Finley High forwards,
but after the first half
they caught on to their tricks and
held them to only one goal during
the entire last half.
The Jenkinsville girls are undefeated
to date having won 14
