POETIC MEDITATIONS

INSEPARABLE EMOTIONS OR
A PARADOX
I don't khow why it's so; but this
is true;?? ? I
jove you just as much as I despise
you. I .
I don't know why I feel the way I
doiiT
I think you're worthless; yet 1
highly prize you. '
I've kttt)Wn a many git'l with more
'appeal,
A many lovey' thing, that could
inspire mf ;
Yet, you?you are the one who
.' makes me feel
Emotions- that I never thought
would fire nif.
There is. no place to which I
would not go,"
/From which"! would not go, away
: from you, dear.
There's nothing that I would not
try to' know
i\or that I'd, cease to learn, just
. 1o have you Hewv-"
rYou
are my angel and my devil
both;. .
I'll want you neither near??nor

I'll love you till the roses fail in
giowth,
| I'll hate you till they ec* se to fade
