The S. K. B. Club met at the
home of- Mrs. V. Bo wman - on May
29th. The meeting was called to
order by the president the song
was sung by J. Carter, prayer by
V. Bowman after which the meeting
was opened for business.
Quite a few of the members were
absent. After the transaction of
business the meeting was brought
to a close- by singing God be with
home of S. Abraham.
On Saturday June, -1st a base
ball game was played at the community
park between North Char;eston
Giants and Pineville Swamp
Foxes. .The game was enjoyed by
all. The score was 2-2. Don't

to be quite ah efficient and competent
instructor. It was through her
many efforts that caused Brewer
to be recognized in the. * Piedmont v
Declamation League. She will be
greatly missed at brewer. ?
