The Busy Bee Club was also organized with the little folks. They met at the home of little Miss Willie McMorris. All enjoyed themselves. Crackers and Ice Cream were servV'U. i. All. The community was saddened a few weeks ago over the death of one if its prominent young men. Mr. Jas. Clement. His funeral was attended by many, frdm Spencer to Winston-Salem. The chnrh was a seene of beauty. The casket being lavendar under a pink floor lamp and the 1 20 floral designs. This young man was 20 years of age. He is survived by mother and father, one sister two brothers.-?i The True Light Missionary Circle met with Mrs. Hattie Scott Friday afternoon. An attractive course was served. Since Oct. 15, 1931 we have been domocilng from place to place as did the | children of Israel not because of our lisohedience, but?because our church was destroyed by fire. | Our Lord felt friendless and forsaken as He rreaded His heavy cross upon His1 ihoulders. So did we as we stood and gaze on our church as it went down in 1 ashes. The neighboring churches readily opened their doors and bfd" as come in and worship just as tho* we were in our own church.
