At 10:00 A. . the Sunday School
services Were opened by brother Mc?
' "Clellan. An Introduction To the
lesson whieb was on the "twes~~of
Ruth and Naomi, was read by Miss
Sarah Harrison. After 20 minutes
of group work the children reassembled
and listened to a very helpful
review of the lesson from Miss Ruth
the true Watson showed us the true
- loyp and .devotion for our love ones
which existed in Ruth for Naomi.
Such devotion is well worth following
to make more Tihppy homes.
?A1^11:30 A. M. the pastor expouml
ed as usual his practical- gospel
from Colossians 3:15; And let . the
Peace of God Rule in your hearts
the thee which also ye are called in
one body and be vethankful. Peace
was the keynote to this wonderful
sermon. First the pastor explained
what is meant by real peace, saying
that real peace is that which we
; ? have, within ourselves, it is possible
to have this peace, which Christ
Himself is the foundation, if we but
--open mre hearts for its reception"
i There can be no harmony without
peace, the body must*be brought under
subjection to the will of Christ,
then through His peace which parses
all understanding we will enjoy
life and have power. As the recipients
of this great message gave
evidence of their faith in the peace
which Christ left for us. The strain
ot-i'It is well with my Soul" broke
on their ears and left a greater desire
for God's peace "
