Dr. Bull, Rector of Prince George Winyah Episcopal Ghurch, principle speaker. The hospital is of modern improvements. Three wards, reception and operating rooms, kitchcn and laboratory, all fully equipped and steam heated. White persons present were Dr. H. Norris, the dorrerand'fffffiny;-Messrs. Phil LachTcot.te and family and Ralph Wesbit and family. Too much cannot be said in honor of Dr. Norris, through him. the sun has risen for the ftegro on Waecamaw for better health and long er life.
