at a high tension. The pastor

Dr. Mitchell, conducted the
revival horo last year and in
two weeks. Ire took in 218 Tor
baptism. He is a wonder in a
revival. Last Sunday morning
Dr. Mitchell opened up from the
subfect: "Dependence on God,"
from which he shook thfe entire
church with the gospel. Suniay
night he preached another
great sermon to a crowded
house. Monday night he preach

Three Funerals in One Day.
On Wednesday of last week
there were three funerals at
Sion in one dav; viz: Sisters Isajella
Salley, corner Getvald and
Harden; Ella Wright corner
Scott and Sumter; and Ella Da/is,
700 block of Washington.
Dr. White preached all three

The Choral Chrtr is still in pro
