Those streams, together with others of minor
importance, render it a New Calilornia to the
I'hysieician, provided his talent and constitution
are snilicicntly strong to hear up tinder
the laborious practice that he would necessarily
have to perform, by having an opening of
some ti-u miles to the nearest physician.
The upper place, one mile distant, is also
proverbially healthy. There are two small
Dwelling Houses on the place, with two wells
of excellent Water, with all necessary Out.
Duildiugs, an excellent (Iin House, and new
negro Houses sullieicnt for tin? accommodation
of Sixty or Seventy Slaves. There are, on the
place, a considerable quantity of band just
cleared, that is iu a line state of cultivation.
