The Homo Tract contains All in fine repair and in a nice state of cultivation, with the most selcet Orchard of Peaches and all hinds of choice fruit that this climate produces. This is one of tbo healthiest and most beautiful sites in the Diatrict. There haa not been n case of chill nor fever, originating from the place, in tweuty-five years. This is one of the best locations for a Physician that I know of in the State. While his family is secure from disease at home, there are" four Creeks on ( each side of him that are remarkably sickly. Thi'se, together with the alluvial bottoms of | Little ltiver, some three miles distant running j in the direction of a horse shoe, nearly entire- < lv around the place, except the west, and that | deficiency is supplied with Rocky River, ] and worst effluvia some six miles distant. ] Those Streams, together with others of minor \ importance, render it a New California to the j I'hysiciciau, provided hid talent and constilu- < tion arc snfiieicntly strong to bear up under ] the laborious practice that lie would necessarily have to perform, by having an opening of ] some ten miles to the nearest physician.
