WOODRUFF LEADS STATE
Has Largest Par Capita of towiup Hevested
In War Savings Stamp?.
Charleston, S. C. ? The town of
Woodruff, 3. C? has the largest per
capita sales up to date of all the towns
la the state. Tha population of Woodraff
la 1880 and the sales up to February
16 were $2,441.28, wich represents
$1.30 worth of war savings
stamps and thrift rtamps for each person
in the town. Th? balance ?f the
tat? has sold only $.092 per capita.
Woodruff, therefor?, has made the
best showing in the state up to the
present dato, and eapoots to condstot

as an Indication of what can he accomplished
in the schools of the state.
