High cost of living, inadquate support, 10 per cent and 25 per cent cut in salaries means sacrifice, and in many cases dire want. With Three Million Dollars in hand, and salaries will he paid in full, and each worker given a living wage. An Enlarged Program of Work? Every department of the church has been embarrassed because of the wide open doors of opportunity making in- = viting appeals, yet unable to enter ^ by reason of the lack of funds. The y success of the campaign for Three Million Dollars will enable each committee to enlarge its scope of work and enter a needy field previously impossible. More Workers Sent to the Front? In the home as well as the foreign fields a volunteer army has been ready to enter, but has been held back be cause the sinews of war were lack- I ing. When on March 17th the Three t Million Dollars is pledged these men 5 and women can be sent immediately ! to the front to take up the work J which they have dedicated their lives. * More Recruiting for the Ministry? { With the Three Million Dollars in hand, every worthy boy who offers himself to the church, responds to the 4c call can be aided in his preparation g for his life's work. No girl who of- 5 fers herself for mission work will be 5 kept back for the lack of funds. A Better Care for the Aged Minis- 5 ters?When the church responds to y the call in an adequate way, these ? servants of Cod, who have served the church for years, will at least have y tho necessities of life. The Church Itself Saved From g Or^wd and Coveteousness?Perhaps y the greatest appeal is, not from with- y out, but from within. An invasion 4 of materialism will capture the y church, unless the members are y brought to face the responsibilities as stewards of God. No need so imperative, no result so far reaching, - as the bringing of the entire membership to apprehend, acknowledge and administer the possessions placed in the hands as a Trust Fund to be used to the greatest and highest good of the Owner.
