Sims McDaniel, the Union county armer charged with the violation of he white slave act, was acquitted in he Federal court at Lynchburg, Va.,| ast week. The jury promptly renlered a verdict of "not guilty." UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. The moving picture theatre in onesville has been taken over by Mr. }. T.
