have queer tastes, says Pearson's
Weekly hi an entertaining article
about the peculiarities of f^ir legged
gourmets. One memorable day in 1908
Sulfa Culli. the mighty and popular
Indian elephant at the zoo, ate Ids
lied. A thirty-six pound truss of straw
had been put down on the floor for
his comfort, and when the keeper went

bands of the truss remained.
