and pay $15.00 tax; now, Farmer Kennedy
tells us that my additional tax
will be $1.70 each year; that's not so
bad. The physician tells us it takes
a long time for him to tret out to see
if the roads are bad. We believe]
that, and he has to charge more, we
know that. Some other writer tells
us that our land will increase in value
more than enough to pay the tax; nother
says we can do our haul'.*
