Sparks World's Famous Shows?Circus,
Hippodrome and Menagerie
to he Here Thursday, Oct. 29
All day Thursday the busiest man
in town was J. C. Tracy, advance
agent of Sparks World's Famous
Shows. He was like a will-o-fhet
wisp, now here, now there* making
contracts and arranging for the coming
of the great circus.
The grounds known as the Base
Ball Park on Church street were leased
from Mr. W. T. Powell and he was
several times heard to make complaint
that the grounds were harflly
large enough to accomodate the show
properly.
The Sparks shows as they will appear
here this year rank among the
leading circuses of the country. It is
claimed to have a solid train of twen'
ty monster railway cars, almost four
hundred people and over two hundred
animals, both foreign and do*
mestic.

Union People Have Hood Reason For |
Complete Reliance.
Do you know how?
To find relief from backache;
To correct distressing urinary ills;
To assist weak kidneys?
Your neighbors know the way?
Have used Doan's Kidney Pills;
Have proved their worth in many
tests.

neres union testimony.
Mrs. Ida Fowler, Union, S. C., says:
"Doan's Kidney Fills are to my
knowledge a fine kidney medicine, and
I recommend them to everyone in
need of a remedy of this kind. I had
weak kidneys and my back ached intensely.
I was dizzy and nervous and
had trouble from the kidney secretions.
Doan's Kidney Fills, which 1
got at the Falmetto Drug Co., restored
me to good health. I am now free
from kidney complaint. I gladly confirm
the public endorsement I gave
Doan's Kidney Fills before."

QUIT TAKING KIKKY CALOMEL.
9
Here is a vegetable tonic that is far
better fo ryou to take than the dangerous
drug and poison called calomel.
You never can tell when calomel
is going to "get you." That's the
worst thing about taking so uncertain
and- dangerous a drug for constipation
and liver trouble. Calomel is liable
to salivate you or "knock you out" for
at least a day the very next time you
try it.
The Milhous Drug company has the
mild vegetable remedy that successfully
takes the'place of calomel. This
remedy is Dodson's Liver Tone, a
very pleasant tasting liquid that
gives quick but gentle relief from
constipation, torpid or "lazy" liver. 4
Dodson's Liver Tone is fully guaranteed,
and if you buy a large bottle
for fifty cents and it does not entirely
satisfy you, the drug store where you
! bought it will promptly give you your
i money back with a smile,
i Dodson's is fine for both children
s and grown people.
