In obedience to an order made in the above stated case, I will sell at Union, during the legal hours of sale, before the court house door, on salesday, Monday, January 5, 1914, the following land, to wit: All that certain tract, lying, being and situate in Union' County and State aforesaid, containing one hundred and fifteen (115) acres, known as the Turner tract, bounded as follows: On the south by lands of W. A. Beaty; on the west by lands of J. C. Mobley; on the north by lands of J. G. Rice and on the east by lands of M. C. Deaver. Also all that certain tract containing eighty-five acres, known as the Newberry tract, and bounded as fol lows: un the south by lands of David Gist; on the west by lands of Farr & Thomson, and the Merchants and Planters National Bank; and on the north and east by lands of Dr. T. B. Bates. Defendant In obedience to an order made in the above stated case, I will sell at Union, during the legal hours of sale, before the court house door, on salesday, Monday, January 5th, 1914, the following land, to wit: All that certain parcel or tract of land, lying, being and situate in Santuc Township, Union County, and State aforesaid, containing one hundred and thirty (150) acres, more or less, and known as the Andrew Mitchell home place, ami bounded by lands of Miss Nora Thomas, Mrs. J. B. Jeter and Sims McDaniel. Terms of sale: One-third cash, balance payable in two equal installments, payable respectively on January 5, 1915, and January 5, 1916, with interest on each installment from day of sale and after maturity at eight per cent per annum, secured by bond of purchaser and a mortgage of premises, purchaser to pay for papers and recording, and have the option of paying all purchase money in cash, bond to provide for ten per cent attorney's fee, in case of suit or foreclosure or collection by an attorney after default.
