The Union Building and Loan Association,
of Union, S. C., will sell to
the highest bidder on the 1st Monday
in December, next, in front of the
court house, one lot of land situate on
South side of Hamlet street, fronting
on said street, seventy-five feet, more
or less, and running back two hundred
and fifty feet more or less. On
this lot is a cottage containing six
rooms and large cellar. This lot is
better known as the Berry Thomas
lot. Also four vacant lots situate on
Mill Hill or West End, fronting on
Duncan street, sixty feet each and
running back 125 feet. Lots on No.
8, 9, 10, and 11.
Terms of sale: One-third Cash,
balance one and two years with interest
from day of sale at eight per
cent per annum. Bond and mortgage
to secure the purchase money. Purchaser
to have leave to pay all cash.
