In obedience to an order made in
the above stated case I will sell at
Union during the legal hours of sale,
before the court house door, on Salesday,
Monday, June 3rd, 1912, the following
land, to wit:
All these lots, Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, |
fronting on Bachelor street, to be
sold first separately and then as a
whole; also lots Nos. 6, 7, 8 and 9,
fronting on Academy street; sold first
separately and then as a whole, as
shown on plat of H. Stribling, made
March 24th, 1911. Plat of same may
be seen in Master's office. The following
is a general description of
property ordered sold. All that lot or
tmrcei ui iana lying and being in the
town of Union on the corner of Bachelor
and Academy streets known as
the McNally lots. Terms of sale, onefourth
cash, balance in 1, 2, 3, and
4 years. Credit portion secured by
note of purchaser or purchasers and
by mortgage or mortgages of the
property sold, purchaser to pay for
Sapers and record mortgages, and to
ave the option of paying all cash.
The notes for partial payments shall
be negotiable notes, payable to the
order of the Master for said County,
and shall contain a provision for ten
per cent attorney's fee in case of suit
or collection by attorney.
