The voters of the respective wards must present themselves in person in order to be enrolled. Qualifications for being eligible for enrolment: Voters must be residents of the State of South Carolina .'.wo years, a resident of the city of Union one year and a resident of the ward in which he offers to enroll for thirty days and produce and exhibit his state and county registration certificates and his receipt for city taxes last due. And in onso of an applicant having lost his State and County registration/Certificates, he may be enrolled by signing ' an oath that will be furnished by the enrolling officer of his ward.
