Hamilton left Wednesday evening for Petersburg, Fla., where Mrs. Hamilton and the children have been visiting for several weeks. Mr. Clyde H. Wiilard left Sunday for Macon, Ga., to join the Sun Bros. Shows, this making his flftlj^ season with the concern, and he is going to try and bring the show to visit the two Carolinas this season. Mr. T. A. Painter, of Marlon, N. C., pime to Union Tuesday for a twoday u visit. He left Union about a year ago and has been overseer of the spinning room for Marlon Manufacturing company, there.
