"Sec. S. It shall he the duty of the

er any of said liquors are adulterated
or impure, to the end that no impure
liquors shall he sold by dispensaries.!
If upon analysis it shall he determined!
that such liquors are adulterated or im
pure, the county dispensary hoard may
retain the price thereof from the seller,
or if they have been paid for, the
said board shall not allow said liquors j
to he sold, and may, in the name of the 1
State, institute an action against the
seller for recovery of the amount so
paid.
"Sec. 9. The county dispensary
