Because of inability to meet outstanding
debts, the Bailey Furniture
Manufacturing Company has made
an assignment, with Attorney J.
Clough Wallace, assignee. To the
creditors and stockholders Mr.
Wallace has issued the statement
that all debts will be paid, and
creditors fairly and equally treated.
