of the stockholders of tin
Union ? Glenn Snrings Railroad Com
puny has been duly called by the President
of said corporation, and the
same will be held at the office,of tinsaid
corporation, in the town of Union.
South Carolina,-on Wednesday, the
Kth day of February, 1905at teno'clocl
in tbe forenoon, for the following purposes,
viz:
1. To see if the stockholders will
vote to borrow money for the purpose
of carrying out the objecte of the cor1
orations charter, to make notes, bonds
or other evidences of indebtedness,and
to secure the | ayment of such obligations
by mortgage or deed of trust on
all or any of tbe corporations property,
both real and personal.
'2. To see if the stockholders will
vote to authorize the issue of one million

morlggge bonds of this corporation,
and upon what terms and conditions;
and if such issue be authorized by the
stockholders! then to sec if the stockholders
will vote to secure the payment
of such obligations by a mortgage
or deed of trust on all or any of

the stockholders will confer upon the
President, Treasurer, Secretary. Directors
or other officers of this Company
relative to the making, signing
and delivery of any bonds or trust deed
or mortgage, that may be authorized
by the stockholders at said meeting,
and relative to taking any and all action
necessary or proper to carry fully
