LOCKHART LOCALS.
Died on the -12th, little Willie, eon
of C. D. and Rebecca Broom. The
funeral services were conducted at
Mt. Joy Baptist, church by th?> R<v
White, of this place, on Saturday the
14th. W (J Riggins, .T. H. Rogers,
J. B Young, ai d A L Fisher were
pall hearers. Mr. Bioom was met at
Mt Joy by many frinds end the
high rsteern with which he is heid is
well manifested by the large amount
of beautifully arranged flowers placed
upon the little mound.
Mr. Broom is also one of odr most
prominent citizens. They have the
sympathy of the entire community.
But there is one consolation that we
direct them to, the bright home bepond
the grave where Christians
cease from troubling and the weary
shall find rest.
