Be it ordained by the Mayor and Aldermen of the town of Union. South Carolina, in Council Assembled, and by authority of same: Section I. That from and after the passage of this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell or dispone of by retail or otherwise, any cocaine or compound containing cocaine or other poisonous drugs, within the corporate limits of the town of Union, uwleassu.ih cocaine, compound thereof, or drugs lie prescribed by a regular practicing physician of this State, ar.d all druggha. sailing same shall kev-p a rtcord of such sale which shall contain the date of sale.
