The faots are about these: The ** constitution of 1895 prohibits special legislation, and our Supreme Court ? has heretofore held that an act is m special legislation unless It applies alike to all the counties. The jury law enacted in 1900 by the Legislature excepted five or six counties from its operation. Under these facts the Supreme Court held that said net violates the Constitution of 1895, in that some of the i counties were excepted from its oper- ^ ) ation. It is the opinion of some of the k lawyers here that in consequences of 11 this decision we will have no court next week.
