the large counties and caught the large
majorities, however, while their opponents

Jeffersou county gave 3.500 for ratification,
Montgomery about 3,000, Mauison

while most of the opposition comities
sent, up majorities in the hundreds.
Governor Jelks' county. Harbour, rave I

Mr. Knox's county, Caihonn, gave
