Sec. 2. Every itinerant, tr.ulor or
other person (except licensed auction- j,

to sell by sample within the town at j.
public outcry or otherwise any goods,
wares, merchandise, fancy articles,
pictures, notions, or other articles of
like character or kind, shall pay in
advance a license of not less than j.

of the May or Town Council, jr
Sec. o. Every itinerant physician
or vendor or seller of medicine,

Sec. 4. Every person or persons

of produce shall pay a licence of
twenty ($20 00) dollars per annum or
five ($").00) dollars per month or one
