Evans, took part in that bUtle and ^
also several other battles. I think
a great many names could be collected
in Chester county of men who took

We aro informed that there is a
movement on foot to organize a local
base ball team, and we hope it will
eventuate successfully. We have
plenty of good material and all that
is necessary is organization and prac
tice. Jiet some one take the matter
in band and organize the forces. We

places have already taken this step
and are getting ready for the coming
season. It our "knights of the ball t<
and bat" will organize and prepare *

they will be beautiful farms.
