wus last year. Most of that hauled out so
far is acid. I heard a good practical far

biles. If tbis be true take one bale to pay
for ihe guano and there would be one bale

evety tou that is used to say nothing about
the advantage Ihe guaoo would give in

full. If this theory be true the more guano

for the firmer.
About three weeks ago there were over
two hundred bales of cotton sold here at
Joucsvillc by a few farmers in this couimu
niiy in (wo days. It was a kind of closing
out sale. Today that same cotton would
bring a thousand do lors more than when
it was so' 1. That thsusand dollar* dieliibuted
around and in Jonesville these
hard times would help considerably.
Mr. Charley Coleman and Miss Nola

brides parents last Thursday night by the
