Injuries Yesterday.
Savannah, Ga., Dec. 3.?From in?
juries he received November 20,
while riding as mechanician in the
racing car in which Jay McNay was
killed, H. F. Maxwell of Jacksonville,
Fla., dted at a local hospital today.
No funeral arrangements have been
made.
Shortly before his death Maxwell
told attendants he knew McNay was
dead, though efforts had been made
to keep him Ignorant of the fact.
